Raised among the serene mountain-valley landscapes of Laramie, Wyoming, Chef Rev has been weaving a culinary narrative of menus and recipes as rich and diverse as his background.
His journey has been a melodic blend of rhythm and flavor, beginning way back in the humble confines of a dishwashing job at a private rancher's club at the young age of 15. About the same time he got his first guitar!
This early exposure to the culinary world hidden in the "cooking" of wild Wyoming, coupled with his too-short stint as a rock musician in his 20s, laid the foundations for a unique culinary style that resonates with the soulful beats and comforting tastes of pure Americana.
Under the mentorship of Chef Jake Bendrick at a local Laramie chophouse and brewery, Chef Rev's passion for the culinary arts was ignited.
Here he delved deep into the realms of French and Italian cuisine, drawing inspiration from culinary legends Thomas Keller and Charlie Trotter, as well as many others. His style has evolved into an eclectic fusion of international and American fare, standing as a testament to his voracious passion and creative spirit for both food and people.

Every Chef Rev dish features a true mastery of Western American cooking, with high notes of French and Italian fare. But as many in the region will tell you, Chef Rev can cook up food just about anywhere!
While busy playing guitar like the rock star he is, Chef Rev also developed a love for all of the courses that make up his fantastic meals and culinary repertoires. You are in capable, caring hands with Chef Rev at the helm. Whether for smaller gatherings or larger crowds. he likes to feed all people, from beginning to end.
Appetizers and Starters, Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Breads, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Entrees and Sides... Oh, and don't forget Desserts! Notably, Chef likes to say he's not a pastry chef, but his divine desserts and sweet treats to top off your meal will tell you otherwise. You'll melt! From all the deliciousness.
Chef Rev has been committed to homemade cooking and crafting tantalizing custom recipe most of his cooking career. During this time he has cultivated countless dishes and recipes that cover all details of courses your event may need.
Chef Rev also has extensive knowledge and experience grilling and smoking meats. He honed these skills for for seven years at the luxuriously rustic digs of Fish On Ranch in the beautiful Centennial, Wyoming valley.
(Chef even has his own secret line of specialty rubs and seasonings for every meat flavor you could possibly desire. That's a whole other world to tell you about later. He does very much enjoy grilling all kinds of savory meats with a deluxe Traeger and other high-quality smokers!)
